I meet with a personal trainer again today at 1 pm. So far today I have had

  • 2 coffees
  • ii water
  • smoothie “Chocolate Mint” – I personally HATE it but maybe you may like it, so here is the recipe:
    • 2 pitted dates
    • 1 cup raw milk (or almond milk)
    • 1/4 cup soaked almonds
    • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
    • 1/2 cup packed mint leaves
    • 1/2 cup small avocado
    • 1 cup coconut water
