Diet and Exercise

  • Diet:
    • Breakfast: Berry Smoothie
    • Lunch: peanut butter and berry sandwich on whole grain toast
    • Dinner: Chicken and vegetable stir fry with brown rice
    • TONS of water
    • I had a bite of a brownie
  • Exercise
    • 10 minute warm up on stationary bike
    • core work on mats
    • Back stretcher
    • Abdominal swivel machine
    • Rowing machine
    • Cool down on cross trainer machine

Gotta love my wonderful names for the machines I have no clue what they’re called. Oh well!
